These terms describe how VEKT.HR handles public website inquiries and custom manufacturing requests.
Scope
VEKT.HR provides additive manufacturing, product customization, prototyping, and related engineering support. Public website forms are used for inquiries and estimate requests; they do not create an automatic purchase, reservation, or production order.
Estimates and orders
Any price, lead time, or material recommendation shared before file review is indicative. A confirmed order requires agreement on the part scope, material, finish, quantity, delivery method, price, and any files or approvals needed for production.
Files and responsibility
Customers are responsible for having the right to submit files, logos, text, artwork, and product references. VEKT.HR may reject work that appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for the available process.
No automatic checkout
Product pages and inquiry forms currently start a conversation. They are not a self-service ecommerce checkout.
